Booking and prices

We offer a 10% discount for bookings of at least 13 nights, which will be automatically deducted during the booking process.

You can enter a discount coupon code after clicking the "Book now!" button. 

The website does not include promotions advertised on other platforms, so please contact us to validate them.

The minimum length of stay varies depending on the period.

Different rates apply during holiday periods.

The prices are in EUR and are per night for the entire apartment. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge.

The base price per night is for 4 people. For the fifth and sixth guests, an additional fee of EUR 5 per person per night will be charged. This fee is automatically calculated by the booking system.

50% of the total amount must be paid upon booking, the remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

If the booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the fee must be paid upon booking.

Payment on site is not possible.

The accommodation provider will confirm the guest's online booking by email to the email address provided by the guest. The confirmation email will contain the booking details.

The accommodation fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

If the amount is not received, the accommodation provider will consider the guest to have canceled the reservation and will cancel it.
