Booking conditions 

Guests can book their accommodation online at www.mariposaazul.es or by email at info@mariposaazul.es. By booking, guests agree to the House Rules.

The minimum number of nights is 10 nights.

The accommodation fee is for the entire accommodation unit. The maximum capacity of the accommodation unit is 6 people. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.

The accommodation price is payable in EUR and is per night for the entire apartment.

The base price per night is based on 4 people. For the fifth and sixth person, a surcharge of +5 EUR/person/night will be charged.

The accommodation offers discounts in certain cases, which can be claimed during the announced discount period by entering the discount code when booking.

The prices shown include all taxes and fees.

Providing guest details is mandatory in accordance with legal requirements.

Payment terms

50% of the total amount must be paid upon booking, the remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival, by bank transfer.

If the booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the 100% fee must be paid at the time of booking, by bank transfer.

Payment on site is not possible.

The accommodation provider confirms the guest's online booking by sending an email to the email address provided by the guest. The confirmation email contains the booking details.

The accommodation fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

If the amount is not received, the accommodation provider will consider the guest to have cancelled the booking and will cancel it.

Cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is partially refundable: If the guest cancels the booking, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price. If the guest does not show up, the no-show fee is the total price.

The modification fee is 10% of the service fee.

If the modified and confirmed booking falls within a period where the rates are higher than the rates valid at the time of the original booking, the accommodation provider is entitled to adjust the rates by the difference.

If the amended and confirmed reservation falls within a period where the rates are lower than those applicable at the time of the original reservation, the accommodation provider is not obliged to adjust the rates.

In the event of a "no show", i.e. absence without cancellation, 100% of the advance payment paid is considered a penalty, and the accommodation provider is entitled to release the accommodation to another guest from the day after the confirmed arrival. Check-in later than the ordered and confirmed time or check-out earlier than the guest is not entitled to a refund of any confirmed and charged fees. The accommodation provider will transfer any refundable amount to the bank account number provided by the customer within three days of receipt of the cancellation.

The accommodation provider may cancel the reservation by written declaration if unavoidable external circumstances have arisen that preclude the intended use of the accommodation. The accommodation provider cannot provide other accommodation. In this case, the accommodation provider will notify the guest immediately. In such a case, the accommodation provider will either refund the already paid service fee without delay or include it in the fee of the modified reservation, at the customer's choice. In this case, the accommodation provider will not charge a handling fee for the modification or cancellation.

Arrival

The accommodation can be occupied from 14:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. Later arrivals must be notified in advance. The accommodation must be notified in advance of the arrival time in order to ensure access. Earlier occupancy of the accommodation is possible only by prior arrangement and subject to availability, but is not guaranteed.

The guest will be given the keys to the accommodation. In the event of loss of the keys, the guest is obliged to pay a compensation of EUR 200.

Departure

On the day of departure, the Guest must leave the accommodation with his luggage and belongings by 10:00 at the latest and hand over the keys received upon check-in to the accommodation provider.

Pets

Pets and small animals are not allowed at the accommodation. Assistance dogs are allowed with prior notice. Assistance dogs must wear or display a distinctive tag.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the assistance dog and for compensation.

Parking

The accommodation does not have its own parking space, street parking is available free of charge, which is not guaranteed and reservation is not possible.

Smoking

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas of the apartment building. Smoking is allowed in the designated area, on the balcony.

The accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector. If the guest smokes in the apartment or if the smoke detector indicates this, the guest is obliged to pay a compensation of EUR 100.

WI-FI

The accommodation has a Wi-Fi system, which is free of charge. The password and server name for the Wi-Fi connection can be found at the accommodation.

The continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of Wi-Fi is not guaranteed due to unexpected, unannounced, longer or shorter service interruptions by the internet service provider.

Security

Everyone may stay in the apartment at their own risk and use the devices in the apartment at their own risk. Any unauthorized technical intervention in the equipment and furnishings of the accommodation is strictly prohibited. The accommodation is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from this.

Guests must exercise increased attention and caution when children and minors are staying. Those accompanying children and minors are responsible for the child's safety and for any damage caused by them, and for compensation for such damage.

In the event of a fire, the guest must follow the designated escape route and the instructions of the firefighter on site. The fire extinguisher is located in the living room of the accommodation.

Abnormal behavior

In the interest of the peace of the residential community, loud noise, music, activities involving noise, noise, sound effects, television, radio, etc. at a disturbing volume in the room are prohibited every day between 22:00 and 08:00.

Regardless of the time, any behavior or conduct that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security, or privacy of others, which constitutes or may constitute harassment, and is capable of intimidating others, is prohibited in the accommodation area and the common area of ​​the residential building.

The accommodation excludes liability for any damage caused by the guest's behavior to other residents and/or guests.

Equipment

The Guest is obliged to use the accommodation's equipment and facilities as intended and to preserve the integrity of the accommodation's property. The Guest is obliged to compensate for any damage resulting from improper use. Damages are covered in part or in full from the deposit amount.

The accommodation's furnishings and equipment may not be removed from the accommodation area. Rearranging or moving the furniture in the accommodation is not permitted. The accommodation does not assume liability for material damage or personal injury resulting from the movement of furnishings.

Beach towels and parasols are available for guests, as well as sand toys for children, which guests can take to the beach.

The Guest is obliged to report any malfunction of any of the accommodation's equipment and facilities. The Guest is not entitled to repair the defect himself or attempt to repair it. The accommodation excludes liability for any resulting damage or injury, which shall be borne by the guest causing the damage.

General rules

Littering is prohibited in the accommodation area or in the residential building. Guests must place their waste in the garbage bins designated for this purpose at the accommodation. There is no garbage bin in the communal area of ​​the residential building. If the bins are full, they must be taken to the communal garbage collection islands set up for this purpose in the street.

The accommodation provider is not liable for damage to the guest's belongings, valuables or cash brought to the accommodation.

The accommodation is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters and storms, fire, infections and diseases, damage caused by crime or violation of regulations, or damage caused by terrorist acts.

The accommodation does not allow hen or stag parties, parties or events.

Towels, bed linen and bed covers are provided for guests. If necessary, additional (warm) blankets can be used, which guests will find in the wardrobes.
